We are currently seeking to incorporate an In-Person Commercial Advisor into our Arequipa branch. Responsibilities * Provide personalized advisory services to prospective clients regarding our specialization programs. * Conduct commercial follow-ups on prospects and sales opportunities. * Identify each client’s specific needs and offer solutions aligned with their profile. * Maintain exceptional service standards to build trust-based relationships. * Achieve established commercial objectives. Requirements * Individuals with excellent communication skills and active listening ability * Commercial mindset, initiative, and results-oriented focus. * Ability to negotiate and establish commercial relationships. * Experience in sales, customer service, or commercial advisory (preferred). * Basic proficiency in computer tools. Working Conditions: * Fixed salary of S/.1,200 + sales commissions + bonuses for meeting objectives. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to noon. Salary: S/.1,200.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
