Teamwork in controlled-risk environments A major telecommunications company is currently seeking an **Installation Technician** with experience working at heights. **Requirements** * Technical training in **Telecommunications, Electricity, Electronics, Electromechanics, or related fields**. * Minimum experience: **3 years** in assembly and maintenance of towers, antennas, or telecommunications infrastructure. * Experience with **towers over 20 meters** (mandatory). * Experience in installation of RF equipment, microwave links, maintenance, and alignment of links. * Proficiency in using electrical, mechanical, and manual tools. * Desired: **Class A1 driver's license**. * No medical restrictions. * Attach a documented CV including work certificates, academic degree, and training certifications. **Training and Certifications (Mandatory)** * Working at Heights (valid). * Occupational Safety and Health in Mining (SCTR and basic courses). * Use of PPE and high-altitude rescue. * Basic First Aid. * Desired: Training in antenna assembly, microwave links, and telecommunications equipment. **Main Responsibilities** * Assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of telecommunications towers and structures. * Installation of antennas, transmission equipment, and microwave links. * Supervise and perform RF installations, cabling, and equipment maintenance. * Verify proper use of equipment, tools, and materials. * Support technical solutions and report detected anomalies. * Prepare technical progress and installation status reports. * Comply with on-site safety protocols and environmental regulations. * Coordinate with site supervisors and safety officers. **Competencies** * Responsibility and commitment to safety. * Teamwork in controlled-risk environments. * Adaptability to rotating shifts under mining regime. * Proactivity and results orientation. **Conditions** * Work location: Mining project in Arequipa. * Willingness to travel. * Mining regime: **14x7 (or other as defined by the client)**. * Immediate payroll registration with all statutory benefits. * Career path based on performance and continuous training.
