Service orientation and good customer service We are a leading retail company currently recruiting for the following position: ***Responsibilities:*** * Replenish products on shelves, counters, display cases, islands, and other exhibition areas. * Store and organize merchandise appropriately, ensuring stock availability. * Verify and keep product prices, promotions, and signage up to date. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper presentation of assigned areas. * Arrange merchandise by category or item to facilitate location and display. * Provide courteous customer service and guidance when required. * Assist in stock control and verification. * Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. ***Requirements:*** * Minimum 3 months of experience in similar roles involving replenishment, warehousing, or customer service (preferred). * Ability to perform operational tasks and handle merchandise. * Orientation toward order, organization, and cleanliness. * Service orientation and good customer service. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to assigned duties. * Ability to work in a team and under supervision. * Availability to work **rotating shifts, morning and afternoon.** ***We Offer:*** * Fee receipt / Service contract. * Compensation of S/ 1,300 * Work schedule under a 6x1 rotation model with rotating days off. * Opportunity for growth and professional development. * Excellent working climate.
