Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor for an industrial electrical maintenance company, focused on supervising safety, occupational health, and environmental standards. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the supervision and compliance of SSOMA standards in industrial projects. 2. Identify and control risks associated with medium- and high-voltage electrical work. 3. Coordinate and ensure safety standards with clients and operational staff. **SSOMA SUPERVISOR – INDUSTRIAL SECTOR** We are currently seeking an **SSOMA Supervisor** for a prominent company providing industrial electrical maintenance services to well-known companies in the city of Arequipa. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) standards across assigned services and projects. * Identify, assess, and control risks associated with electrical work, particularly in medium- and high-voltage systems. * Prepare, review, and validate ATS, PETS, IPERC, work permits, and other safety documentation. * Conduct on-site safety inspections, verifying proper use of PPE and adherence to established procedures. * Lead safety talks, inductions, and training sessions for operational staff. * Investigate incidents, accidents, and substandard acts or conditions, proposing corrective and preventive measures. * Coordinate with supervisors, clients, and operational staff to ensure compliance with required safety standards. * Ensure compliance with current legislation regarding Occupational Safety and Health. **Requirements:** * Degree holder, registered with the corresponding professional association, and licensed in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an SSOMA Supervisor in industrial, electrical, or electromechanical maintenance companies. * Proven experience in medium- and high-voltage electrical work. * Knowledge and practical experience with IPERC, ATS, PETS, work permits, incident investigation, and Occupational Safety and Health regulations. * Familiarity with working at heights, confined space operations, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and critical hazards. * Availability to perform on-site supervision within Arequipa and surrounding areas. **Work Location:** Arequipa **Work Modality:** On-site Salary: S/.2,200.00 – S/.3,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
