Job Summary:
We are seeking a Social Assistant to provide orientation, support, and manage social procedures for employees at the mining unit.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social orientation and support for employees
2. Management of social procedures and case follow-up
3. Coordination of social welfare and integration activities
We are currently looking for a Social Assistant to join our team at the mining unit.
Requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or related field
* Minimum 1 year of experience in mining camps or mining units
* Knowledge of subsidy applications, medical leaves, insurance, and social welfare procedures
* Experience in managing and following up on employees' social cases
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Availability to work under a 20x10 schedule.
Responsibilities:
* Provide social orientation and support to employees at the mining unit
* Manage procedures related to EsSalud, subsidies, insurance, and leave requests
* Monitor medical leaves and employees' social cases
* Coordinate social welfare and integration activities
* Prepare reports, records, and documentation specific to the area
* Maintain up-to-date employee documentation and personnel files
