Positive work environment We specialize in consulting and developing research projects, and we are seeking personnel to acquire new customers, promote our services, maintain an active customer portfolio, and meet established sales targets. **Responsibilities** * Sell and advise on our services. * Identify, manage, maintain, and develop a portfolio of potential customers. * Exclusively promote the company's services. * Achieve weekly and monthly targets. * Conduct daily prospecting of potential customers. * Acquire potential customers (70% office – 30% field). * Submit daily reports to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled student or graduate from an institute in RESEARCH or SOCIAL SCIENCES programs. * Persuasion and convincing ability. * Minimum 6 months of sales experience. * Strong verbal communication and client interaction skills. * Ability to plan and acquire customers both in-office and in-field. * Immediate availability. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Morning shift: 7:15 am to 12:15 pm. * Afternoon shift: 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm. **Benefits** * **Base salary + commissions** * Bonuses * Work certificate * Career path * Work materials * Employment with a stable company * Positive work environment * Days off on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
