Job Summary: We are seeking a Social Worker for the mining sector, responsible for social welfare, integration activities, and monitoring of sanitation and medical care conditions. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in the social welfare and development of mining personnel. 2. Management of integration and sanitation activities at the camp. 3. Monitoring and support regarding health and medical assistance. We are a company specialized in providing services to the mining sector and are currently looking for a SOCIAL WORKER with the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed professional in Social Work. * Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the mining sector. * Availability to work under a 20x10 schedule at a camp in the Province of Condesuyo, Arequipa. **FUNCTIONS:** * Develop and implement the Annual Social Welfare Plan. * Organize and carry out sports, recreational, and fellowship activities to foster worker integration. * Promote activities ensuring camp sanitation, changing rooms, hygiene facilities, and dining areas; conduct unannounced inspections to identify improvement opportunities for implementation. * Monitor and visit various mine dining facilities to identify improvement opportunities. * Monitor medical leaves and subsidies, as well as provide continuous support to workers. * Coordinate with ESSALUD and other healthcare centers to ensure medical attention for workers. * Prepare reports on activities and area indicators. *"In our organization, we are committed to equal opportunity and non-discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, marital status, maternity, or any other personal condition."
