Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant with experience in labor legislation, payroll processing, and social benefits management for LUMAXSA. Key Highlights: 1. Manages labor legislation compliance and inspections (MINTRA, SUNAFIL). 2. Proficient in payroll systems and calculation of social benefits. 3. Leads Human Development Management processes and personnel administration. LUMAXSA, a leading company in the automotive parts distribution industry, is seeking top talent to fill the Human Resources Assistant position. Candidates must hold a degree in Industrial Relations, Administration, or related fields, with knowledge of Human Resources. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure compliance with current labor legislation and manage inspections conducted by entities such as MINTRA and SUNAFIL. Proficiency in payroll systems (PDT, T-Register, PLAME, AFP Net, among others). Solid expertise in calculating, provisioning, and monitoring social benefits: bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), vacations, severance payments, profit-sharing, etc. Guarantee compliance with current labor regulations, internal policies, and corporate procedures. Lead and manage Human Development Management processes. Administer personnel management, salary structures, and compensation. Support other functions benefiting the Human Talent Management area. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in supervisory or leadership roles. Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Relations or Administration. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Availability to work full-time from Monday to Saturday.
