




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Control Assistant to supervise and ensure compliance with sanitary regulations in quality and food safety management systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Therefore, we require personnel to fill the position of QUALITY CONTROL ASSISTANT. JOB OBJECTIVE To carry out operational and documentary supervision of the Quality and Food Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with sanitary regulations across our plants, warehouses, and sales points. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Bachelor's degree or graduate in Food Industry Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Prior work experience as a quality engineer, quality assistant, or in a similar role related to food. Practical experience with quality management systems (QMS) and testing methodologies. Knowledge of GMP, SOP, and HACCP regulatory requirements. Familiarity with technical documentation. Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Competencies: Team spirit, excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, proactivity, effective communication, and a high sense of order and methodology. Ability to work rotating shifts, morning shift. · WHAT WOULD BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? Operational Supervision: Update and verify compliance with GMP, SOP, and PHS during raw material reception, production, and at sales points, overseeing the entire cycle to detect early failures. Food Safety and Sanitation Management: Monitor staff hygiene, proper use of PPE, and area organization, establishing clear guidelines and quality standards across all operations. Auditing and Continuous Improvement: Conduct internal audits (based on QMS and ISO standards), identify root causes of technical issues, and lead corrective action plans. Document Management: Develop and update HACCP, GMP, and SOP manuals; maintain the master document list and incident records within the management system. Metrics and Reporting: Define manufacturing KPIs and prepare periodic reports on failures, corrective actions, and achieved quality objectives. Training and Satisfaction: Train staff on food safety culture and collaborate with internal teams to enhance product quality and end-customer satisfaction. Collaborate in standardizing and controlling both production and administrative processes, ensuring workflow alignment with quality policy and supporting updates to the risk and opportunity matrix of the system. · WHAT DO WE OFFER?
