We are RD RENTAL, a company with over 30 years of experience providing equipment and machinery rental services across various economic sectors, including construction, mining, industry, commerce, agro-industry, energy, tourism, telecommunications, healthcare, and others. Currently, we are seeking talented individuals with relevant expertise for the position of Painting Technician at our Arequipa branch. · WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? · Completed secondary education and/or incomplete or completed technical studies. Training or courses in industrial, automotive, or related painting disciplines. Knowledge of painting heavy machinery, metalworking equipment, or automotive components. Knowledge of body filler application. Knowledge of acrylic and epoxy paint application. Proficient use of painting tools and equipment. Orderliness, cleanliness, and responsibility in the workplace. · WHAT CHALLENGES WILL YOU FACE? · Perform the complete painting process on equipment and machinery. Prepare structures for painting (e.g., component washing, surface conditioning, etc.). Properly operate tools such as angle grinders, drills, and sanders. Operate equipment including high-pressure washers, compressors, spray guns, polishers, etc. Conduct a Safe Work Analysis (SWA) before each activity. Comply with safety guidelines, internal labor regulations, and company policies. Ensure adherence to quality standards in every process. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area.
