Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to represent the image of a resort, promote its services, and acquire and retain corporate clients through visits and commercial management. Key Highlights: 1. Represent the institutional image of a prestigious resort. 2. Promote accommodation and corporate event services. 3. Develop and maintain a portfolio of strategic clients. **Required Experience:** * Female candidate with a minimum of **06 MONTHS** of experience in sales, customer service, public relations, marketing, hospitality, or commercial roles (experience in tourism or corporate events is desirable). **Knowledge Requirements:** * Proficiency in **sales, negotiation, and corporate customer service**. * Familiarity with **commercial strategies and acquisition of new customers**. * Ability to build relationships with **companies, corporate clients, and senior executives**. * Proficiency in **social media, WhatsApp Business, and Office tools** (desirable). * Excellent communication skills. * **PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE, charisma, and interpersonal confidence**. * Availability for commercial visits and representing the resort’s image. **Key Responsibilities:** * Represent the resort’s **institutional image** to clients and companies. * Promote services including **accommodation, catering, events, and corporate packages**. * Acquire new clients and conduct commercial follow-up to close sales and agreements. * Conduct commercial visits to companies and potential clients. * Build a client portfolio and maintain strategic business relationships. * Coordinate reservations, corporate events, and special client requests. * Support advertising campaigns, activations, and the resort’s marketing strategies. * Provide courteous, professional, and results-oriented service.
