Position Summary: A major transportation company is seeking a Tax Accounting Assistant to register transactions, manage tax declarations, and support the preparation of financial statements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting transaction registration in the SISCONT accounting system 2. Management of PDT SIRE, Electronic Books, and Declara Fácil 3. Support in preparing financial statements and tax filings A major transportation company urgently needs to hire personnel for the position of Tax Accounting Assistant: Responsibilities: Register transactions in the SISCONT accounting system Review supporting documentation for expense reimbursements and ensure proper system entry Manage PDT SIRE, Electronic Books, and Declara Fácil Tax documentation control Support the General Accountant in preparing financial statements SUNAT tax filing preparation Invoice validation Tracking of deductions, withholdings, and other related matters Responding to SUNAT requests (partial or final audits) Digital and physical document filing Control of observed documents Updating and managing the valued Kardex inventory record Reconciliation between warehouse and accounting records Requirements: Technical professional, bachelor's degree holder, or certified graduate. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
