Ongoing training and a positive work environment **Join our team as a Logistics Assistant!** We are Inversiones Merma S.A.C., a company dedicated to solid waste management and handling. **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 months of experience in logistics, warehouse, or administrative control functions. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage information. * Sense of responsibility and teamwork orientation. * Willingness to work on-site. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor incoming and outgoing materials, equipment, and PPE to maintain up-to-date plant inventory. * Record and update warehouse movements to ensure reliable information. * Distribute PPE to personnel to guarantee compliance with safety regulations. * Verify stock levels of materials and PPE to ensure timely availability. * Coordinate material procurement to prevent stockouts. * Support receiving and storage of materials to ensure proper organization. * Coordinate with Operations and SSOMA to meet on-site requirements. * Monitor and track operational staff per diems to ensure correct allocation and reimbursement. * Record and manage per diem invoices and receipts to maintain expense order and documentation. * Support tracking of logistics incidents to contribute to their prompt resolution. * Organize logistics documentation to ensure its availability and order. **We seek in you:** Organization and attention to detail Proactivity and responsibility Ability to perform operational tasks Effective communication Teamwork **We offer:** Full enrollment in the payroll with 100% statutory benefits Career path Job stability Ongoing training Positive work environment **If you meet the profile and wish to join a solid, growing company, apply with us.** **Be part of our team!** Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
