Your Key Responsibilities: Monitor and handle freight operations in real time to promptly identify potential incidents. Coordinate with freight suppliers on vehicle availability to meet customer requirements. Negotiate rates and terms with transportation providers to meet customer targets without compromising service safety and quality. Record income and expenses in internal reports and Charlie, ensuring information is up to date for accurate control. Respond to requests and inquiries from assigned customers, providing continuous support and advisory throughout the service. Requirements: Education: Completed Secondary Education Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in similar positions Excel: Basic to intermediate level (preferred). Work Schedule: Available Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. Saturdays, 6:30 am to 1:00 pm (virtual). Work Modality: On-site What We Offer You: Salary: Market-competitive.
