




MISSION Develop and coordinate the planning and scheduling of necessary resources to ensure timely execution of short-term routine maintenance (preventive, corrective, and predictive) (less than one year), aiming to ensure operational availability of assets. Monitor the performance of the maintenance department through key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously improve maintenance management, while ensuring control of OPEX costs and proper execution of CAPEX. FUNCTIONS Plan maintenance activities and resource management in the short term. Carry out periodic follow-up of maintenance activities, as well as generate work orders, reservations, and purchase requests in SAP PM to execute them. Participate in Root Cause Analysis when equipment failures or accidents occur. Update data plate inventory, equipment list, critical spare parts, and special tools. Capture field monitoring and tracking data to evaluate operational trends. Manage backlogs, from capturing field notifications to generating and tracking documents in SAP PM. Propose Action Plans that ensure reduction of maintenance costs and/or increased asset productivity. Ensure the availability of technical information for corporate assets and infrastructure: service manuals, operation manuals, drawings, etc. Coordinate contractor onboarding with the SSOMA department. Develop and periodically present KPIs related to maintenance management. Develop and present monthly maintenance management reports for the area. Ensure compliance with requirements established in the integrated management system (Quality Management, Environmental Management, SSO Management, and Protection Management), according to international standards certified by TISUR and regulatory bodies, as well as compliance with SIG policy commitments, effective use of SIG tools, standards, procedures, and other documents associated with responsible processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial, Mechanical-Electrical, Civil Engineering or related fields Strategic planning of Corrective, Preventive, Predictive Maintenance – ISO Standard (14224). Heavy Machinery or Industrial Machinery Maintenance. Costs and Budgeting. Proficiency in SAP PM module, maintenance management software (CMMS) for activity recording and tracking. Basic Microsoft Office skills. Indicator management and analysis. Spare parts inventory management, resource and asset handling. Interpretation of blueprints, technical diagrams, and equipment manuals. Basic English proficiency.
