Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to evaluate, repair, and maintain mechanical components, interpreting technical manuals and following established procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accurately evaluate and repair mechanical components 2. Train and instruct assigned personnel 3. Follow technical procedures and standards A reputable company in the industrial/metal-mechanical sector is currently seeking the following position. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate in Production Mechanics, Maintenance, Welding, or Production Mechanics. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the metal-mechanical field (mandatory). * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Residence in districts adjacent to Cerro Colorado\- Arequipa. * IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Evaluate mechanical components for repair. * Measure using precision instruments and record data. * Interpret technical manuals and specifications to evaluate and repair components. * Follow Recolsa's, manufacturer's, and customer's procedures and standards. * Occasionally perform machining, drilling, and welding activities to support the component repair process. * Train and instruct assigned personnel, such as assistants or new operators. * Properly use assigned assets for specific tasks. * Comply with internal company regulations. **BENEFITS** * Direct payroll employment from day one. * Pleasant working environment. * Bi-weekly payments. * Bonuses.
