




Position Summary: Coordinate and supervise transportation operations, ensuring compliance with procedures, safety, and vehicle maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and supervision of transportation services. 2. Fuel, per diem, and vehicle maintenance management. 3. Participation in risk assessments and SSOMAC plans. \- 21x7 work schedule\. \- On-site work in the Southern region. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** ● Coordinate transportation services with the client, schedule trips, and communicate with relevant departments according to the service planning procedure. ● Coordinate fuel and per diem requirements with respective departments. ● Comply with and ensure efficient implementation of Atlantic Transport and client work procedures. ● Supervise fuel supply (when operationally required). ● Conduct 5-minute safety talks and maintain attendance and participation records. ● Coordinate vehicle maintenance with the maintenance department. ● Report equipment deficiencies whenever they occur. ● Verify pre-trip, shift-change, or other transport vehicle checklists; maintain corresponding records. ● Verify route sheets completion according to services performed and maintain records. ● Coordinate with the SSOMAC department for participation in and execution of the annual SSOMAC plan and program. ● Coordinate and participate in assigned route risk assessments. ● Supervise proper organization and archiving of all operational forms (e.g., carrier delivery notes, route sheets, checklists, etc.). ● Report any unauthorized stops, incidents, accidents, emergencies, or physical or mental symptoms occurring at base or en route that affect normal trip progression to the Control and Monitoring Center. ● Attend meetings and safety talks convened by the client and Atlantic. **POSITION PROFILE:** \- Technical college degree or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Transportation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. \- One and a half years of experience as an Operations Supervisor. \- One year of experience participating in route evaluation processes and route sheet preparation. \- Experience in transportation and/or mining operations. (Desirable) \- Knowledge of Management Systems is desirable. \- Valid driver’s license A2\-A or AII\-B.
