




MISSION Provide comprehensive support to warehouse and silo management in order to achieve efficient and reliable operational performance in accordance with company policies, ensuring greater productivity and efficiency. This will require a detailed analysis of receiving, dispatching, and warehouse inventory operations. FUNCTIONS Prepare analyses on inventory turnover and load stock levels. Analyze variations, losses, or discrepancies and report deviations. Prepare service requests, purchase orders, and warehouse reservations. Generate information and service level indicators. Perform daily follow-up on balances, batches, and operational deviations. Support and monitoring of warehouse CAPEX and OPEX. Prepare operational analyses requested by management. Requirements Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Knowledge of statistical tools. Process management and continuous improvement (desirable). Diploma and/or specialization in Integrated Management Systems – Process Management (desirable). Knowledge of Warehouse Management and Logistics Operations (desirable). Knowledge of Customs Legislation and Port-related topics (not essential). Basic English. Intermediate Microsoft Office – Advanced Excel – Power BI. Benefits **15th Salary:** Additional salary and/or proportional payment depending on start date. Profit-sharing.
