**Full Job Description** At CETRAMIN SAC, we are looking for top talent to fill the position of **SHIFT SUPERVISOR** in **conventional underground mining** \- **RAMPA**, at the mining unit located in AREQUIPA. **JOB MISSION** Carry out supervision duties by combining leadership skills, good human practices, knowledge of mining legislation related to safety and hygiene in mining operations, and apply all engineering knowledge to maximize production. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS** * **Management and Planning:** Manage and plan mining operations to ensure achievement of production and advancement targets. * **Operational Management:** Oversee equipment operations, supervise mining activities, and assign tasks to subordinates. * **Supervision and Execution:** Supervise work performed by personnel and ensure execution of established plans and procedures. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate and licensed in Mining Engineering. * Knowledge of Safety Management. * Minimum of 03 years of experience in conventional underground mining. * Availability to work in AREQUIPA under a 20x10 schedule. **BENEFITS** * Full payroll (Bonuses, CTS, Family allowance, etc.) * 20x10 schedule * Meals, accommodation, and PPE provided. * Career advancement opportunities.
