Work environment focused on achieving objectives B2B Telemarketing Sales Executive – Arequipa Location: Miraflores / Cercado de Arequipa Mode: Full-time and Part-time On-site Salary: S/ 1,400 \+ variable commissions based on performance Job Description We are looking for a B2B Telemarketing Sales Executive to join our sales team. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for \*making telephone calls to companies and potential clients\*, presenting our products or services, identifying commercial opportunities, and closing sales. We seek a person with strong verbal communication skills, confidence when speaking on the phone, persuasive ability, and a strong focus on meeting targets. Key Responsibilities * Make \*telephone calls to companies and potential clients\*. * Prospect new customers through outbound commercial calls. * Present and explain products or services clearly and persuasively. * Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. * Handle objections and negotiate with potential clients. * Conduct follow-up calls with interested prospects. * Record and update call and commercial opportunity information. * Manage a prospect portfolio and follow up until closure. * Achieve call, contact, and sales targets and objectives. * Build and maintain commercial relationships with clients. Requirements * Minimum \*1 year of experience in telemarketing sales, commercial call centers, telemarketing, or B2B sales. * Experience conducting prospecting and client acquisition calls. * Strong verbal communication skills and excellent telephone communication. * Persuasive ability and objection-handling skills. * Results orientation and commitment to meeting targets. * Proactivity, perseverance, and positive commercial attitude. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools. * Availability to work on-site in Miraflores / Cercado de Arequipa.
