We seek a proactive, organized, and payment- and customer-service-oriented Collections Assistant to contribute to the company's financial control and recovery. Main Responsibilities * Daily recognition and verification of bank deposits. * Updating collection schedules and account statements. * Issuing receipts for down payments and installments. * Preparing payment schedules. * Tracking overdue and upcoming installments. * Handling customer inquiries regarding payments and contracts. * Organizing and updating files and contracts. * Preparing monthly collection reports for management. * Coordinating with sales, legal, and accounting departments. Requirements * Technical or university graduate in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of collections and administrative processes. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office. * Minimum 1 year of experience in collections functions. * Experience in the real estate sector is desirable.
