You will serve as the trusted link on every kilometer traveled, safeguarding the cargo while operating under the highest regulatory standards and our company’s Strategic Road Safety Plan (SRSP). **Job Profile:** * **Academic Qualification:** Completed secondary education or technical studies. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of certified experience driving heavy cargo trucks on southern routes (Arequipa, Puno, Cusco) and Lima. * **Technical Knowledge:** Valid AIIIC license (mandatory), clean driving record with no serious violations, solid knowledge of basic mechanics and failure prevention. * **Key Competencies:** High sense of responsibility, fatigue tolerance, prudence, ethics and integrity (zero tolerance for clandestine cargo). **Job Functions:** * **Driving and Cargo Custody:** Operate heavy vehicles on interprovincial routes, safeguarding cargo from origin to final destination. * **Document Control:** Verify that all transported goods match the Transporter’s and Sender’s Waybills. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Perform daily pre-operational check\-list (fluid levels, brakes, lights, tires) and report malfunctions to the maintenance department. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Adhere to speed limits, rest requirements, and directives of the Strategic Road Safety Plan (SRSP). **Working Conditions:** * **Location:** Arequipa and/or Lima routes (Arequipa-based). * **Salary:** S/ 2,700\.00 monthly plus bonuses. * **Career Path.** **Workplace:** On-site employment (Route).
