Opportunity for professional growth. **Continuous Improvement Coordinator** **Join our team and lead change!** We are **San José Service Station**, and we are currently searching for top human talent to fill the position of **Continuous Improvement Coordinator**, responsible for leading initiatives that optimize processes, increase operational efficiency, and generate sustainable value across all areas. **What are we looking for in you?** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement or similar roles. * Proficiency with management tools (Trello, Notion, Asana, or similar). * Specialization in Project Management, Lean Management, or Continuous Improvement. * Certification or training in PMI, Scrum, or Six Sigma. * Experience implementing Gantt charts and project tracking. * Analytical ability, structuring skills, executive communication, and strong results orientation. **What will be your challenge?** * Lead the structuring, implementation, and monitoring of the company’s continuous improvement plan. * Design the management framework for the improvement plan (methodology, monitoring, control). * Prioritize initiatives based on impact, cost, and urgency. * Implement and monitor improvement projects across various departments. * Define and monitor KPIs associated with each initiative. * Standardize processes through procedures, flowcharts, and manuals. * Coordinate with department leaders to ensure effective execution. * Gather metrics and identify bottlenecks in organizational processes to develop improvement opportunities. * Prepare executive reports for management (progress, results, alerts). **What do we offer?** * Opportunity for professional growth. * Excellent work environment. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Participation in high-impact strategic projects.
