Job Summary: Recruitment Assistant for a physical security company, responsible for managing the recruitment process from job posting to interview coordination and documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages resume screening and interview scheduling. 2. Handles process documentation and updates the ATS. 3. Coordinates assessments and logistics with candidates. Our client, a leading company in the physical security sector, is seeking a RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT for the city of AREQUIPA. Responsibilities: * Posting job vacancies and maintaining advertisements across various platforms. * Initial resume screening according to basic requirements. * Scheduling and confirming interviews; coordinating with departments. * Managing process documentation (assessments, references, files). * Updating candidate statuses in the **ATS** and generating operational reports. * Addressing candidate inquiries and coordinating assessments/logistics. Requirements: * Graduate in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related fields. * **1–2 years of experience in** mass recruitment and selection. * Proficiency in Excel.
