Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Payroll Clerk - Timekeeper for a CONSTRUCTION SITE to ensure accurate attendance tracking and correct payroll preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accurate attendance tracking and weekly/biweekly payroll processing. 2. Management of documentation for employee onboarding and offboarding. 3. Administrative functions at the construction site. Job Description: We are looking for a **Payroll Clerk \- Timekeeper for CONSTRUCTION SITE**, responsible and detail-oriented, to join our construction team. Your mission will be to ensure accurate tracking of operational staff attendance and correct preparation of weekly/biweekly payroll, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations. **MUST RESIDE IN AREQUIPA** Main Responsibilities: * **Attendance Tracking:** Conduct daily roll calls at the construction site (morning and afternoon). * **Hours Recording:** Track and report regular hours, overtime, absences, tardiness, and employee leave requests. * **Onboarding and Offboarding Control:** Manage documentation for new hires (contracts, inductions) and separations (final settlements). * **Document Management:** Archive and maintain up-to-date employee files and records of payroll slip deliveries. * Other administrative tasks as requested by your direct supervisor. Requirements: * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar roles within the construction sector or industrial projects. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level) and familiarity with labor legislation (Civil Construction Regime preferred). * **Skills:** Strong organizational ability, integrity, conflict resolution capability, and effective communication with field personnel. * **Availability:** Willingness to work directly at camp or construction site according to project schedule. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays, 7 AM to 1 PM **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits from day one.
