




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional to manage documentation, control petty cash, and supervise calendars in the mining/construction sector. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative and accounting document management 2. Supervision of calendar compliance 3. Preparation of audit reports **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Management and organization of administrative documentation within the accounting system (purchase orders, invoices, contracts, reports, etc.) * Petty cash control. * Supervision of administrative calendar compliance. * Preparation of reports and documents for internal or external audits. * Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
