JOB DESCRIPTION Eosol is seeking an **Electrical Production Manager** to join solar/photovoltaic projects, participating in production management, supervising work teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring timely delivery. **Job Objectives:** The primary objective of this position is to ensure operational excellence across all phases of electrical production related to our solar and photovoltaic projects. This includes direct supervision of component manufacturing, continuous optimization of production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs, effective management of work teams, and strict adherence to established deadlines and applicable regulations. **Responsibilities:** * **Production Management:** Comprehensive supervision of manufacturing, assembly, and quality control on electrical production lines, ensuring compliance with the highest standards. * **Electrical Projects:** Lead the development, planning, and execution of complex electrical projects, including management and processing of Verification Units (UVE). This covers all stages from conception through commissioning, with a focus on efficiency and profitability. * **Permits and Regulatory Compliance:** Actively manage required procurement correspondence and ensure strict compliance with all applicable technical, safety, and environmental regulations governing production and electrical projects. * **Process Optimization:** Design and implement continuous improvements in manufacturing and assembly processes to increase efficiency, reduce operating costs, and enhance final product quality. * **Personnel Supervision:** Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams including technical, maintenance, and production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. * **Supplier Management:** Collaborate with the procurement department to select and manage suppliers of electrical materials and components, seeking optimal quality and pricing conditions. * **Cost Control:** Monitor and control production costs, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing corrective actions to maintain project profitability. * **Occupational Safety:** Promote and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety policies and procedures across all production areas. **Requirements:** * Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. * **Minimum 8 years of verifiable experience** in production or project management roles within the electrical sector, preferably in renewable energy (solar/photovoltaic). * Proven experience in work team management and leadership. * In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes for electrical components. * Experience in planning and executing electrical projects. * Familiarity with electrical technical and safety regulations (NMX, NOM, etc.). * Demonstrated ability to optimize processes and reduce costs. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Technical English proficiency will be valued. **Skills:** * Leadership * Strategic Planning * Project Management * Process Optimization * Electrical Technical Knowledge * Team Management * Quality Control * Negotiation * Results Orientation * Problem Solving REQUIREMENTS **Requirements:** * Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. * **Minimum 8 years of verifiable experience** in production or project management roles within the electrical sector, preferably in renewable energy (solar/photovoltaic). * Proven experience in work team management and leadership. * In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes for electrical components. * Experience in planning and executing electrical projects. * Familiarity with electrical technical and safety regulations (NMX, NOM, etc.). * Demonstrated ability to optimize processes and reduce costs. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Technical English proficiency will be valued. **Skills:** * Leadership * Strategic Planning * Project Management * Process Optimization * Electrical Technical Knowledge * Team Management * Quality Control * Negotiation * Results Orientation * Problem Solving
