Supervises warehouse order and hygiene **Warehouse Supervisor** **Department:** Logistics / Warehouse **Job Objective** Supervise and ensure correct receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of merchandise, guaranteeing appropriate preservation of supplies—especially perishable products—and compliance with company standards for order, cleanliness, and internal control. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise goods receipt, verifying quantity, quality, and condition match delivery notes and purchase orders. * Control and record product inflows and outflows in internal forms and systems, maintaining up-to-date documentation. * Organize and manage the warehouse, ensuring proper product distribution and storage. * Implement and supervise the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method, especially for perishable products. * Conduct periodic inventories and monitor stock discrepancies. * Coordinate timely supply replenishment according to operational needs. * Supervise and carry out area cleaning and organization, complying with food hygiene and handling standards. * Support, if necessary, in supply collection and basic logistics. * Propose improvements to inventory control and storage processes. **Job Requirements** * Completed secondary education (technical studies in logistics, warehousing, or related fields preferred). * Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience, preferably in dealerships or the food industry. * Knowledge of inventory control and handling of perishable products. * Valid driver’s license (preferred). * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling standards. * Basic proficiency in Excel or control recordkeeping. * Responsible, organized, proactive individual with leadership skills. * Ability to perform physical work under pressure. **We Offer** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Social benefits under the MYPE regime. * Remuneration: S/ 1,500 \+ meals. * Positive work environment. * Job stability and growth opportunities. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. **Application** If interested, please send us your CV and join our team.
