At **Hergon S.A.**, we are looking for a **Nurse** for a construction project located in **Arequipa**, meeting the following profile: **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing. * Minimum 2 years of experience on construction sites, including at least 1 building project (e.g., school, university, educational institution, hospital). * Residence in Arequipa **(Mandatory)** * Course or certification in Occupational Safety and Health. * Availability for on-site work **Responsibilities** * Ensure the well-being and health of our collaborators at the workplace. * Responsible for primary care, emergency management, and monitoring of on-site health protocols. * Conduct occupational health surveillance for workers. * Ensure availability of equipment, tools, materials, and supplies necessary for responding to emergencies, work-related accidents, or incidents. * Monitor clinical progression, medical treatment, and physical rehabilitation of workers under Occupational Medical Surveillance. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
