Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and committed Security Guard to cover vacation shifts at our Workshop and Civil Guard locations, ensuring security and access control. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Security Guard (Relief / Vacation Coverage Mode)** who is proactive, committed, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility to cover vacation shifts for permanent staff at our Workshop and Civil Guard locations. We seek candidates available for **immediate hiring**. **What qualifications do you need?** * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in security or guarding roles. * **Documentation:** Certified work experience (employment certificates will be reviewed). * **Residence:** Preferably residing in areas near the Workshop location operated by Gratersa and the Civil Guard location in Paucarpata, Arequipa. * **Competencies:** High level of commitment, punctuality, and responsibility. *(Military service is not required).* **What do we offer?** * **Base Salary:** S/ 1,500.00 monthly. * **Payroll Enrollment:** 100% with all statutory benefits from day one. * **Additional Payments:** Double pay (100% additional) for holidays worked, as stipulated by law. **Main Responsibilities:** * Cover vacation shifts for permanent staff at the **Workshop** and **Civil Guard** locations. * Ensure security and access control at assigned units. **Working Conditions:** * **Employment schedule:** 6x1 (six working days per one rest day per week). * **Working hours:** 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (12-hour shift). * **Shift:** Day shift. * **Rest days:** Weekly rest day coordinated and scheduled with the team.
