Job Summary: Support supervision of work crews, verify work quality, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of work crews and technical procedures. 2. Ensuring quality and safety on site. 3. Support in coordination and training of personnel. * Assist in supervising work crews. * Verify that work is carried out in accordance with technical procedures and quality standards. * Supervise the proper use of materials, tools, and safety equipment. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards on site. * Monitor daily work progress and report accordingly. * Support coordination of schedules, personnel, and materials. * Identify defects or rework and promptly communicate them for correction. * Prepare basic progress reports and material consumption reports. * Accompany and support training of operational staff.
