Job Summary: We are seeking a production technician with experience in milling or rubber lining to perform batching, milling, and laminating, and assist in raw material preparation. Direct payroll enrollment from the first day Company engaged in manufacturing rubber, ceramics, and polyurethane requires a production technician with 1 year of experience in milling or rubber lining. Workplace: Arequipa, Cerro Colorado, Evitamiento Road km 4\.5 Requirements: * Completed secondary education or technical diploma Key Responsibilities: * Perform batching activities. * Perform milling and laminating activities. * Operate mills properly. * Assist in raw material preparation and weighing. * Support operation of milling and laminating mills under direct supervision. * Perform cutting, rolling, and stacking of rubber compound millings and laminates. * Maintain clean and orderly work area, equipment, and tools. * Record basic process information in production forms. * Strictly comply with safety regulations, use of PPE, and company procedures. * Immediately report any anomalies in equipment, materials, or processes to the supervisor. * Support other productive area activities as required by the supervisor. * Basic knowledge: industrial safety, use of hand tools, and reading of measuring instruments.
