We are currently seeking an Environmental Manager. **Job Description** * Supervise the implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) standards across all operational areas \- Conduct periodic safety and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions * Investigate safety incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and implement preventive measures \- Coordinate emergency response procedures and conduct periodic drills to ensure organizational preparedness * Manage occupational health and safety programs, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures \- Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate policies \- Deliver training and development to safety and protection personnel on protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements \- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety incidents, safety audits, and compliance activities * Serve as liaison with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders regarding regulatory compliance and safety initiatives \- Conduct periodic audits and inspections to verify compliance with established safety standards \- Prepare reports and metrics on safety performance for management review and strategic planning **Requirements** * Licensed and degree-holding professional in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or Occupational Safety. * Experience in similar positions, preferably 3 years. * Knowledge of Peruvian legislation and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract (regular payroll) * Life Insurance per Law * Ongoing training opportunities * Career development path * Corporate agreements
