Position Summary: We are seeking an expert Surveyor skilled in planimetry, altimetry, and high-precision setting-out for technical supervision of a Mega Airport Project, ensuring zero margin of error. We are looking for an expert in planimetry, altimetry, and high-precision setting-out to assume a key role in the technical supervision of a Mega Airport Project in Arequipa. We seek a meticulous professional capable of auditing, verifying, and cross-checking the survey layouts and levels executed by the contractor in a "Brownfield" environment (an operating airport), ensuring zero margin of error in structural and architectural execution. WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES? * Conduct thorough audits, verifications, and validations of survey layouts, levels, and setting-outs executed by the contractor across various construction phases. * Independently execute verification layouts and surveys if discrepancies or technical controversies arise on site. * Validate that the physical execution of civil works and interior architecture complies with the millimeter-level tolerances specified in the Final Engineering Documentation (FED). * Support verification of earthwork quantities and physical progress to substantiate work valuations. THE PROFILE WE SEEK: * **Profession:** Civil Engineer, Bachelor of Civil Engineering, or Surveying Technician. * **General Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of general professional experience in the construction sector. * **Core Experience:** Participation in at least three (03) projects serving as Lead Surveyor or Surveying Supervisor for highly complex buildings (hospitals, shopping centers, airports, or major infrastructure), \*all completed within the last 5 years.
