Fire Protection Systems Specialist (FPS)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Bachelor's Degree holder / Engineer to lead the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems, and to supervise projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the design and installation of electrical and mechanical systems. 2. Comprehensive supervision of assigned projects. 3. Preparation of technical files and reports. We are looking for: 01 Bachelor's Degree holder / Mechanical-Electrical / Sanitary / Fluids Engineer. Responsibilities: * Prepare technical files. * Experience in installation and/or supervision of fire protection systems installation. * Supervision and/or execution of works in the field of electrical installations. * Management and control of FPS / electromechanical projects. * Prepare engineering dossiers, descriptive reports, design criteria, hydraulic calculations, NFPA compliance documentation. * Quotations, quantity take-offs, valuations, and reports. * Lead and coordinate the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems in projects. * Supervise the comprehensive management of assigned projects to ensure achievement of departmental objectives, standards, and client satisfaction with delivered services. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Intermediate-level AutoCAD proficiency. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of unit cost analysis and budget preparation. * Quantity take-offs, valuations, and reports. * Familiarity with NFPA regulations. * Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering development. * Supervision and/or execution of works: 1 year. Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,500\.00 per month Work Location: Arequipa Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 5:30 PM; Saturday 08:00 – 1:30 PM.
