Position Summary: Collaborate on inventory updates, material tracking, supplier support, maintenance assistance, and report preparation in an on-site environment. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in inventory updates and material tracking. 2. Support in management and evaluation of critical suppliers. 3. Assistance in preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment. ▪ Collaborate in updating the company's inventory of raw materials, tools, and equipment. ▪ Support tracking of material movements in the warehouse, recording product receipts and dispatches in the system. ▪ Help verify supplier contact information and update the database of critical suppliers. ▪ Assist in collecting necessary information for annual supplier evaluation and re-evaluation. ▪ Collaborate in preparing bills of materials required for various production and maintenance processes. ▪ Collaborate in the proper receipt and storage of purchased products. ▪ Help track preventive and corrective maintenance activities for company machinery, equipment, and furniture, recording interventions performed. ▪ Collaborate in developing and monitoring preventive maintenance schedules for machines and equipment, based on established dates and requirements. ▪ Collaborate in preparing periodic reports related to inventories, materials, maintenance, and other relevant departmental activities. **Education** * Student or graduate in Logistics, Administration, or related fields * No experience required Workplace: On-site employment
