At **XCMG – IBC Perú**, we are looking for a **Maintenance Planner**, responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment serviced by the company, acting as the liaison between operations, field technicians, logistics, and after-sales. Requirements: * Degree or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and/or related fields (Mandatory) * Preferred specialization in heavy machinery maintenance, asset management, or reliability engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance planning for heavy machinery or industrial equipment. * Preferred specific experience with **underground machinery** (scooptrams, dumpers, jumbos, locomotives, Deutz engines, etc.). * Solid knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic systems, and diesel engines. * Familiarity with maintenance methodologies (RIME, TPM, RCM). * Proficiency in ERP or maintenance management software (SAP, MP, SIS, etc.). * Ability to read technical manuals and perform diagnostics. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Responsibilities: * Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans for assigned equipment. * Verify that technicians have the necessary supplies, tools, and spare parts. * Record and update technical information on equipment and work orders. * Coordinate and schedule field service visits based on urgency and priority. * Maintain direct contact with customers to update progress, schedules, and closures. * Prepare technical reports, failure reports, and improvement recommendations.
