Job Summary: Responsible for supervising vehicle structure, body, electrical systems, and powertrain conversion, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive supervision of the vehicle structure and chassis. 2. Verification of body assembly and electrical systems. 3. Ensures compliance with legal regulations and quality standards. Structure and Chassis: Supervise chassis cutting, extension, reinforcement, and welding operations. Body Assembly: Verify panel alignment, window installation, and thermal and acoustic insulation. Electrical Systems: Inspect wiring harnesses, multiplexing, control panels, and lighting systems (interior/exterior). Powertrain/Energy Conversion: Validate proper installation of gas kits (CNG/LPG), electric systems (EV batteries/motors), or transmissions. Unit Release: Issue final quality certificates and delivery route sheets for customer handover. Defect Control: Record Non-Conformities (NCs) and coordinate rework activities with the production team. Legal Regulations: Ensure the bus complies with national homologation requirements for public or private transportation.
