Positive work environment JOB OPENING: INVENTORY RECEIPT COORDINATOR We are currently looking for an Inventory Receipt Coordinator to join our Logistics team. Job Objective Ensure the accurate receipt of supplies in terms of quantity and quality, guaranteeing compliance with technical specifications and proper registration of received goods. Main Responsibilities * Execute receipt of goods and supplies. * Validate purchase orders and incoming documentation. * Verify quantities, quality, and condition of received materials. * Identify and report shortages, overages, or deviations. * Maintain communication with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Quality departments. * Generate receipt reports and key performance indicators. * Verify orderliness and proper functioning of the receiving area. * Follow up on incidents and observations with suppliers. Requirements * Technical education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Experience in goods receipt, warehouse operations, or quality control. * Knowledge of inventory control and documentation. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Excel and warehouse management systems. * Strong organizational and operational follow-up skills.
