Job Summary: We are seeking an Education teacher specialized in Communication, Language, and Literature to teach at the secondary level, fostering communication competencies and literary development. Requirements and Academic Qualifications * Professional degree in Education with specialization in Communication, Language, and Literature or related fields. * Minimum of 1–3 years of teaching experience at the secondary level. * Up-to-date mastery of the National Basic Education Curriculum and the textual communicative approach. * Proficiency in office tools and digital learning platforms (Google Classroom, Teams, school management systems). Competencies: * **Subject-matter expertise:** Solid knowledge of grammar, semantics, literature, critical text analysis, and oral and written production. * **Active methodology:** Ability to apply didactic strategies that encourage reading habits, debate, and critical expression. * **Classroom management:** Skill in maintaining a democratic, empathetic, and respectful coexistence climate. * **Formative assessment:** Competence in designing assessment instruments and providing timely, constructive feedback to students. Main Responsibilities: * Plan, design, and implement didactic units and learning sessions focused on developing communication competencies. * Promote reading comprehension, literary creativity, and proper structuring of oral and written texts among students. * Continuously assess student progress and record grades in the institution’s system. * Coordinate curricular area activities and interdisciplinary projects with other teachers and departments. * Maintain fluent and consistent communication with parents/guardians regarding student performance and well-being. Salary: S/.1,200.00 – S/.1,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
