Focus on achieving commercial goals Store Manager We are currently looking for: STORE MANAGER \- 1 year of experience in the field (preferably in footwear retail) \- Technical education in administration \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office \- Proactive, dynamic, and committed to work \- Analytical skills and ability to resolve internal and external issues \- Ability to work under pressure \- Punctual, responsible, charismatic individuals with strong communication skills \- Teamwork orientation \- Knowledge of cash handling, POS systems, cash audits, credit notes, and banknote identification RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Optimize customer service times while consistently ensuring excellent service delivery \- Manage proper receipt, storage, and rotation of assigned products, optimizing available resources \- Maintain store and warehouse order and cleanliness \- Efficiently manage direct reports \- Supervise proper execution of cash handling and product receiving processes within the department \- Achieve assigned commercial goals \- Inventory and merchandise control \- Cash reconciliation and submission of requested reports, documentation, and summaries \- Perform other duties related to the position and assigned by the immediate supervisor BENEFITS: \- Formal employment registration and statutory benefits \- Product discounts \- Sales commission payments Working Hours: Monday to Saturday Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
