Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Specialist with experience in labor management and personnel administration to join our team in the construction and mining sector. Key Highlights: 1. Management of employment contracts, vacations, benefits, and labor documentation We are a Peruvian company with over 20 years of experience, dedicated to construction and maintenance services for infrastructure projects, both in the mining and civil construction sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with solid expertise in labor management and personnel administration to join our team. **Requirements** \- Proven experience in payroll preparation and administration. \- Proficiency in the PLAME platform and submission of labor declarations. \- Knowledge and use of the T\-Register. \- Up-to-date knowledge of current labor legislation. \- Experience under the Civil Construction Regime. \- Management of employment contracts, renewals, terminations, and expiration tracking. \- Administration and control of vacations, rest days, and labor benefits. \- Knowledge of document management and personnel file administration. \- Preparation of pay slips, social benefit settlements, and labor calculations. \- Knowledge of CTS, bonuses, vacations, AFP, and EsSalud contributions. \- Proficiency in AFP Net and related labor procedures. \- Experience in attendance control, time sheets, and overtime tracking. \- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. **Main Responsibilities** \- Prepare and process employee payroll registers. \- Submit labor declarations via PLAME and maintain the T\-Register up to date. \- Manage employment contracts, vacations, rest days, and social benefits. \- Administer labor documentation and personnel files. \- Monitor and control attendance, overtime, and time sheets. \- Provide support during labor inspections and audits. \- Ensure compliance with current labor regulations, especially within the Civil Construction sector.
