




**Job Profile – Call Center Executive** **Department:** Commercial / Customer Service **Education:** Completed secondary education; technical or university studies in progress (preferred). **Work Mode:** On-site **Location:** San Isidro **Job Objective** Provide efficient telephone support, manage customer inquiries, follow up with prospects and/or close sales, ensuring an appropriate customer experience while meeting the department’s commercial objectives. **Key Responsibilities** · Answer incoming and outgoing calls according to established protocols. · Provide clear information and pre-qualify customers regarding the purchasing process. · Record and update customer information in the database. · Follow up with potential customers or pending cases. · Achieve targets for contactability, conversion, follow-up, and satisfaction. · Report incidents or improvements identified during customer interactions. **Requirements** · Minimum of 6 months’ experience in call centers, customer service, or sales (preferred). · Basic proficiency in digital tools (Excel, email). · Clear communication, proper diction, and strong listening skills. · Results-oriented mindset and ability to work with performance targets. · Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively.
