An importing company is seeking an Operations Manager. Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions within retail, supermarket, self-service, or mass-consumption companies. * University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial/Retail Management, or related fields (preferred). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Proven experience in operational management and control across multiple sales outlets. Experience leading teams, analyzing KPIs, and implementing improvement strategies. * Availability to work in the San Miguel district. Responsibilities: * Supervise daily store operations with a focus on goal achievement, productivity, and customer experience. * Establish, monitor, and analyze key KPIs: sales, gross margin, average transaction value, store productivity, shrinkage, inventory turnover, customer satisfaction, logistics, imports, domestic procurement, marketing, among others. * Implement operational and commercial policies aligned with the company’s strategic plan. * Update operational manuals for each department. * Ensure compliance with standards regarding visual merchandising, organization, presentation, customer service, promotions, and loss prevention. * Coordinate operational logistics among stores, warehouses, and procurement to guarantee supply continuity and efficiency. * Conduct periodic store visits to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, and align local teams with corporate objectives. * Develop and implement continuous operational and customer-service improvement plans. * Supervise and train supervisors and operational staff. * Prepare monthly executive reports for General Management and the Board of Directors. * Propose strategic adjustments based on consumer behavior, financial results, and competitive analysis.
