**We’re Looking for Talents Like You!** **TURISMO JAKSA**, a company with over 30 years of experience in interprovincial transportation, is seeking **CABIN CREW MEMBERS WITH/WITHOUT EXPERIENCE** to join our team on the **ICA/LIMA ROUTE.** **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Completed secondary education or technical studies in Tourism and Hospitality, Commercial Aviation, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. * Availability for **FULL-TIME** work on **ROTATING SHIFTS** for the **ICA–LIMA ROUTE.** * Strong communication skills, friendly demeanor, and a service-oriented attitude. * Must reside in the **DISTRICT OF ICA** or nearby areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide personalized passenger assistance during travel. * Ensure onboard comfort, cleanliness, and safety. * Prepare and organize service materials (blankets, snacks, pillows, trays, etc.). * Conduct periodic cabin rounds to address passenger requests. * Deliver the standardized welcome and safety announcements per company protocol. * Coordinate with staff in Lima and Ica during passenger boarding and disembarkation. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Monthly salary of S/1800 * Enrollment in the General Labor Regime payroll from day one. * 100% statutory benefits. * Biweekly payments. * Career development path.
