





**Main Responsibilities:** * Support customer service through efficient delivery of food and beverages. * Actively coordinate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure appropriate service timing. * Safely and orderly transport dishes from kitchen to dining area, adhering to presentation standards. * Restock utensils, tableware, and other necessary items at service stations. * Assist with dining room setup and mise en place before and during service. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in transit areas and service stations. * Maintain constant communication with the team to anticipate needs and resolve operational issues. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in customer service or dining room (preferred but not mandatory). * Excellent communication skills and customer interaction ability. * Organizational skills, adaptability, and teamwork. * Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments.
