We are currently looking for top talent to help us fulfill our purpose through the Customer Service role focused on in-dining-room service—**FULL TIME and PART TIME**—at our store in **Cercado de Lima**. **Responsibilities:** * Greet and serve customers by delivering excellent service and meeting company standards. * Organize and deliver orders in an orderly manner. * Rotate products to maintain the company’s promise of freshness and quality. * Properly label finished products, intermediate items, and raw materials. * Operate, clean, and maintain workspaces clean and organized during working hours. * Record and report product losses when applicable. * Provide direct service to customers while maintaining the warmth and dynamism characteristic of the company. * Comply with the organization’s quality policy, information security policy, and occupational safety and health regulations. * Set up the display case before store opening. * Effectively rotate products to ensure their freshness and quality. * Label desserts throughout the day. * Provide displayed products—either served or packed—to waiters/waitresses or cashiers. * Pack products according to instructions, preserving appropriate presentation and packaging. * Comply with the organization’s Quality, Information Security, and Occupational Safety and Health policies. * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Be happy and contribute to the happiness of all colleagues. **Requirements:** * Exceptional service attitude: being friendly, empathetic, and charismatic is essential for this position.
