




**REQUIREMENTS:** * Regular or discontinued students of a gastronomy or related professional program * 1 year of experience as a kitchen assistant and in customer service **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Thursday: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM; Friday: 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM; Saturday: 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM; Sunday: 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare and dispatch menu items (hamburgers, tequeños, chicken wings, fries, etc.) following recipes and quality standards. * Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and presentation of orders. * Restock and organize area supplies (sauces, bread, etc.). * Maintain a clean, organized kitchen with equipment in proper working condition. * Perform food production tasks. * Comply with hygiene, food handling, and safety regulations. * Conduct daily cleaning of griddle, fryer, and utensils. * Manage stock control, receipt, and storage of supplies. * Collaborate with the bar and special events as needed. * Follow opening and closing procedures for the area. * Maintain constant communication with the service team and the site supervisor. **COMPETENCIES:** * Customer service orientation * Appropriate communication skills * Ability to work under pressure * Teamwork * Energy and dynamism **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Complimentary passes and corporate discounts. * Excellent work environment. * Career development opportunities.
