




Job Description: Requirements: Minimum Education: High school diploma in Civil Engineering and/or Mechatronics. Minimum Experience: 6 months. Preferred experience in air conditioning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Basic AutoCAD skills. Responsibilities: Coordinate and support progress billings with clients and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and project cash flow. Update and adjust the construction schedule according to project requirements, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines and optimal resource utilization. Prepare and submit technical and economically justified change order reports. Generate daily progress reports at the start and end of each work shift to assess project status and facilitate decision-making. Monitor total and weekly material requirements, optimizing procurement and minimizing logistics costs. Verify that on-site activities are carried out in accordance with safety, quality, and applicable regulatory standards. Supervise the receipt and inspection of materials on site, ensuring conformity with project specifications. Monitor the performance of the workforce and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulations. Submit and follow up on progress billings to maintain liquidity and ensure proper project execution. Prepare the Quality Dossier for each project in accordance with client requirements and applicable regulations. Prepare and submit a detailed progress report covering technical, administrative, and safety aspects.
