We are currently seeking an experienced Resident Engineer for country houses, condominiums, and single-family homes: **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise the overall execution of single-family home, condominium, and country house construction projects. * Ensure adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * Coordinate with technical teams, contractors, and subcontractors to schedule activities. * Prepare technical reports, progress valuations, and status updates. * Monitor construction processes and finishing works to ensure client satisfaction. * Plan and track weekly (*lookahead*) and monthly schedules. **Requirements:** * Licensed, registered, and authorized Civil Engineer. * Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Resident Engineer, including at least 3 years on country house, condominium, or high-end residential projects. * Solid knowledge of budgeting, quantity surveying, quality control, and premium finishes. * Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills. * Willingness to work on projects outside Lima (mandatory). **We Offer:** * Participation in exclusive, high-impact architectural projects. * Professional growth opportunities within an expanding company. * An excellent working environment supported by an experienced technical team. * Market-competitive compensation aligned with experience.
